Elceon
Developing leaders intentionally
Grounded in Science
Experienced in Practice
Elceon is an executive coaching and leadership development practice built on vertical development — the science of how adults expand their capacity to handle complexity by building emotional intelligence and self-awareness, not just picking up new skills. Every coach on the Elceon team is trained specifically in adult development, with specialized expertise in the areas that get to the root of behavior change rather than its surface. That background is what separates the work from more traditional coaching: instead of leaving with a list of techniques to try, leaders describe something closer to a shift in how they actually think and respond — a change they can feel happening within themselves, not just a set of new habits they're managing on top of the old ones. That same foundation shapes how Elceon facilitates: workshops run on trauma-informed, psychologically safe practice so groups can be honest and creative together, not just receive information. And it shapes how Elceon teaches leadership skills — leaders rehearse real practices on real scenarios instead of just hearing about them, which is why the training tends to stick.
Elceon was founded by Taylor Schaedle, PCC, a Professional Certified Coach who works with international leaders across tech, consulting, finance, non-profits, and global organizations, including as they step into bigger roles. She holds an M.Ed. in Human Development from Vanderbilt, completed her ICF certification through Georgetown's Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching, and trained specifically in trauma-informed coaching.
